The Palais Hansen Kempinski varies slightly to other Kempinski’s, like the Adlon in Berlin and has more slightly softer feel for guests who want the bespoke small hotel feel in a grand hotel space. Guests on user-generated sites have noted some oddities to this hotel which can and should be easily fixed by staff.

Surprisingly – the hotel has a lot of technology-focused amenities. Good one Kempinski!

The Palais Hansen Kempinski is a good choice for novice travellers visiting Vienna. The old-world charm shines throughout this elegant hotel, offering an oasis from the tourist-crowds in the city centre. The staff is warm and inviting, making it an easy option for a return visit.
